I got so demotivated yesterday after going on the machine that tells you what you weigh, your bmi, your protein and lean muscle. I was so frustrated because I have been working out like mad and I am considered on the bigger side. Arghhh. Fedup aku!

I have to change my workout routine all together. I have to change my menu for my meals. That's the hardest part because I simply love Malaysian Food. But to make a change on the body weight and start losing, I must be strong. Uwaaaaa!!!

Let me start the day with oats and raisins.
