Bought this book in Madinah


She loves reading it so much.Now every now and then she will come up to me and ask me questions about our Nabi and she will tell me story...She's really getting interested because everytime when I put on Channel 106 on,she'll sit there and wait for the gambar masjidil Haram to come on and she'll go all excited.And she tells me all the time...."See mommy!!! Mekah Mekah,I've been there and I'm so happy...awww,I miss Mekah and Madinah mommy!"

I'll always answer her with this line,"Yes I miss Mekah and Madinah too!"

Hmm...

I dont know how to describe it so if anyone who have been there and can imagine what I must be feeling,Let meknow or describe it for me please:)

How nice to hear your lil one missing mekah and madinah.Even small children can feel the magic and charm of both cities.Yes, I miss both cities too,esp during Ramadhan..Breaking fast is so enjoyable there,we shared food and drinks regardless of races and skin color.A feeling of oneness is there..

I am amazed at how the holy land can give that effect to a child.Amazing,masya allah

I can relate to your experience breaking fast in Makkah during Ramadhan.we were there in 1997.Amazing to see the oneness there.
Nothing else mattered.

I couldnt sleep last night. WOke up and went looking for minyak panas. Looked at hubby snoring away. Lathered minyak panas on my badan. Angin kot. Last week my cousin came home from down under with her tot and hubby.Her hubby was on working trip.She managed to tagged along:) We all apalagi.Everyday dari pagi sampai malam ada aje activity We had great fun watching Lil nephew with his Antiques. I miss him so much already. This week school holiday...no where to go dont have anything to do. Going to wake Lil one up and go have breakfast somewhere with her. day 10

SOmetimes a mom have to do what a mom have to do. Macam macam style melayan anak berpuasa. Sahur awal sahur lewat. But I noticed lil tween senang puasa, syukur alhamdulillah. Bukan nak memuji anak sendiri but so far so good. Dari kecik memang senang:) My springcleaning masih berjalan lancar. Next week ada people coming in to do some renovation work so next week I will busy manduring. Must remind self tomorrow as I come down to bring all unwanted stuff into the car to recycle. Since its day 10 boleh lah cerita pasal baju raya. None. Nada!! No preparation this year. Sure last minute punya. But as usual we are simple family Just for lil tween... Hubby and I we will recycle baju lama. Oh lampu raya belum lagi. Just now I heard orang orang kat kampung ni main mercun. Aik too early aint it. Oklah I am tired.
